What these successful entrepreneurs do is they make personal contact with new leads, new customers, etc.
When someone purchases for the first time, Mark will call them within the first 10 days or so to make sure that they are happy with their shipment and purchase.
When I contacted Keith Cunningham’s staff about an upcoming live event they had coming up, I received not only a quick response from a staff member, I also got a personal email from Sandi Cunningham…. who is not only Keith’s wife, but also the the CEO of the company…. I was amazed!
